Errorcode SP-1

Hi All,

Not sure if my last post went through, if so apologies for copy here. I installed and am loving P99 on primary PC, but when installed on mobile PC, I keep receiving an ERRORCODE SP-1 at login; link to image below. I've tried to do another clean install with no luck and have tried recopying the P99 specific files back into my EQ folder. Any help here would be much appreciated and thank you in advance.
