One the conscious self, that they think drives their decision making.

And the other the unconscious. This version of you experiences the world in a chaotic onslaught of impulses, it is every sense taking in the real world that surrounds you at once, every smell, every reflection and color.

Your conscious self, then erases 99% of those inputs, and creates a dumbed down story that your conscious self can understand and relate to. That creates the world around you that we see.

So your decisions are based on what you are told by the unconscious mind after it interacts with the world on its own.

In other words, your body and mind is in a constant state of falling and keeping itself balanced, and we're just along for the ride thinking we run the show.

Through my experiences and insight, my subconscious self, is regained and reaserted, as well as the world outside and its subconscious. My conciousness only acts as a medium of communication and translation. Like an API. The subconscious, isn't unconscious. I am aware, and so is all of nature, and life. The subconscious, is still, conscious.

My "consciousness" isn't in control. That is a delusion of the *wildcard*concious. It's only a tool. The words you see, were given through this device. However, they come from that subconscious place which simply feels, and is a part of the larger web of life. The words aren't a suppression, the thoughts only an expression, like a muscle twitch, or movement.

Go outside, sit down, clear your mind of judgment, prediction, reaction, and take in the life around you. Feel it. Smell it. See it. Hear it. Touch it.

Thus the subconscious will regain and reasert itself and regain balance with the thoughts of itself.

Consciousness, subconsciousness, awareness.

These are illusiory. They are a poor choice of words, within a limited vocabulary, undeveloped, un matured.

There is much progress to be had in expressing yourselves. Ourselves. My self. Nature is expressing it's self. Gaia. Your intestines. The living organisms inside. The cities. The thrumb of cars. Flow of money. It's endless and boundless in many ways, yet divided and distant, yet, we are more than simply a particle in a wave.

We ARE the wave. Feel it. Become all of it. Be it.

Weird advice, but OK.

P.s. I wish I personally got better grades and was able to get a gooder liberal arts degree. Maybe a psyche degree or neuro degree would have led me towards the machine though. So I am within acceptance of my past.
