Brother Qwinn not spawning
I have spent 4 days now, killing the correct placeholders, narra and escaped splitpaw gnoll, every 20 minutes. Brother Qwinn is not spawning, having done countless monk epics over 23 years, can confirm that he is NOT supposed to be this rare. Perhaps it is bugged?

They changed the spawn cycle to match 1999’s original cycle according to forums from the time machine. I believe the only way to do it now is kill every mob in the zone until he spawns. I may be way wrong but I remember reading every mob is a PH now. Someone will probably correct me if that’s off base.

I do not know if the rarity is correct or not but I had a similar experience several months ago. 6 hours in the evenings after work for an entire week, and then most of an entire day on the following Saturday, but he did eventually pop.

Camping Raster of Guk was hell for me.
Finding Brother Q wasn't that hard. It helped that there were always a million people camping the Peggy cloak tracking him. | ||

Damn, yeah tonight will be my 5th night in a row, it’s always the “escaped splitpaw gnoll”…. Guess ive just got bad luck/rng like ya said lol. On a side note i have managed to fill my inventory with rings of shadow and lionhide backpacks so thats cool lol
