Something I've seen TMO do in VP to get COH mage to the top of the picture room and in permafrost to get to Vox's lair from the alternate cave.

windowed mode:

character has a levitate buff

you click off the EQ screen

you click back to the EQ screen

your character is a little higher in the air than he was before.

Oddly enough... when I click off windowed mode with a levitate, the exact opposite happens. I lose altitude. Drop like dense turd in a pond, slowly bob on down.

Edit: And I swear Pegasus Cloak effect makes me fly a tad higher than player-cast lev / potion.

this is also being used in howling stones entrance to gain the height needed to levitate across to the east wing for some people.

Looking for a guide or gm to thumbs up or thumbs down or if someone can locate a rules violation in writing somewhere.
