I guess this is goodbye...
Everyone,
First of all I love this game and this server. I appreciate all of those people in the community and on the dev/operations team that make Project 1999 thrive. However, I think this is it for me. Early this year I had deleted my characters (dumb I know) in order too keep me focused on my degree but after I graduated this spring I found myself wanting to play again. I petitioned to have my characters restored, something I was told was doable, and patiently waited. I have patiently waited for 5 months now without a peep from anyone on when this will be done. It is evident that this isn't going to happen and since I am not willing to start from scratch I guess it is off to greener pastures for me. That's a shame, dude. Starting from scratch in EQ is one of the best parts of it, imo. Ya know, as long as you aren't playing a rogue or something.
