Nice, I hope to eat a mighty protein rich breakfast w/you in person some day.

I guess waking up at 4am swallowing globs of my own salty metallic blood counts as this morning's breakfast.

Solid foods going to be hard. Fixing to drop a bunch more weight.

I just choked down 2 cups of beef broth and like 3 multivitamins. Feel like throwing up really bad right now.

honey nut cheerios with milk and a scoop of grass fed whey protein

power bar

coffee with heavy cream.

it's not ideal but it's fast and should last me a couple hrs

that's hot dude.

today i ate an odwalla protein smoothie. kind of gross cause it's mostly soy based. but it's high cal and high pROgains.

then i ate a bagel with crem ches

2 cup coffee
