Why does my game now flicker between Windowed and Full Screen?

makes it hard to play and i cant see half the screen when it goes into window moide

fix your resolution in your eqclient.ini

more than likely his/her resolution is not the same in eqclient.ini
and while they are logging in the resolution is changing since eq is not one program
