Not on the two most serious charges, not beyond a reasonable doubt anyway.

And the judge has completely fucked this case up for the defense. pretty outrageous the bullshit ive seen. Easy appeal.

Personally it looked to me like he was getting off on it while the guy's lights faded out of existence, so that's what convinced me he is a murderer.

But the training seemed to say that he is supposed to use his shin not his knee, and they cant even tell the difference between a gun and a tazer, so it sounds like he was doing his job.

"I meant to use my tazer" is the worst excuse ive ever heard. At least chauvin was sort of following his training.

This lady didn't even reach for her tazer, and kept wright in her gun sights

From the bodycam video, it sounds like she just pulled the trigger in the heat of the adrenaline.
