Lets be honest long hours wackin exp mobs, sat hunched at the pc can have an affect on our health. It not unheard of to put in 12+hr sessionsin eq. WHich can give you side effects a few days later. COmpoounded further if your day job is one of computer use!

Vid at bottmn is useful, if a bit irritating in parts.

Has eq affected any ones health ? Aside from helping me get fat that is? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Tech Discussion PSA: Make sure you get up out of your chair and do some jumping jax every hour or two. We don't want anyone keeling over from too much EQ. Sitting in a chair immobile for too long can cause blood clots to form in your legs, and when you stand up, that clot can get thrown to your heart and kill you. This isn't a joke! Exercise, people!
