The real stipulation is that you can get away with many violations others can't a as long as no one reports you. If a name is a bad enough someone will report it at some point, but I've seen lots of borderline, but at least kinda funny/clever names, which last for years.

I'd be upset if that name got deleted. It's technically a minor violation but it's not offensive or anything. I've just become a big Captain America fan as of recent.

And you can be sure they have better things to do then justifiy themself for their actions.
They have lots of things to do and we should be gladful they do it for us and not bother them with this kind of shit (give them extra work by changing names and then start arguing about it)

There is a name policy, you should have read that before choosing your surname.

I'm not saying that the TC's reprimand wasn't deserved, but cmon. That is a lot of restrictions on what you can and can't name your character.
