Default Character Models At Char Select/In Game Gone

I just setup EQ on a Windows 2016 64 bit Server.

EQ installed all good but when I get to the Character Select screen or in game, all character models arent visible. I can see objects being held like weapons, shields, etc but the actual characters arent visible.

What can I do?

Usually this is video driver related, but I’ve not tried on a server 2016 install.

I hereby dub this bug 'egalitarianquest' because you don't see race, class nor gender.

I actually thought this was the issue also but I checked and have DX12 and EQ only requires DX9.1 if I remember correctly.
