Default Lich and Bond of Death should not be researchable until September 1999 patch era

Added/fixed in September 13 1999 patch:

It looks like the issue with Lich specifically was that it was marked as level 61 and not scribable:

Yup spell not working can't even scribe it into your book. It says it's a lvl 61 spell...in other words its broken and they have no intention of fixing it seems.

..Lich will be scribable very soon.

Cheers.

I suspect the scribability was the issue too for Bond of Death:

too bad its broken like all the rest of the lvl 49 research spells(all of which I have) but all say lvl 61 to scribe into your book.

Also I have been petitioning for over a month for them to fix this....guess what yup nada (
