Ornate Velium Pendant

This item should have a nerfed and an unnerfed version. The unnerfed version should have unlimited charges. I am not sure when it was nerfed.

Well I did find a post that does indicate that there was a pre-nerf version;

maybe someone can log on to bristlebane and try to locate a pre-nerf orante velium pendant?

It doesn't appear Allak has any record of it existing prior to April, 2001.
