Game Mechanics: Racial Exp Bonuses/Penalties removed.

Whether the Exp bonus was deliberately removed or not, it seems like the halfling exp bonus was also removed.


It's my understanding that the exp bonus only existed for level 1 - 50. However, whilst lvl 53 on my daily legendary grind, my exp went much slower than it was prior to the patch. I'm thinking the patch wiped away any exp modifiers on the server. Perhaps zone exp modifiers were wiped as well. Just a heads up.



I know there's an existing thread on exp bonus, but this is somewhat different. Plus the other derailed and I'd figure Rogean stopped reading after the 3rd post.
