you were hidden? should only be using sneak, no reason to hide. not sure if thats the issue but might be

No did a turnin, no general popped. Went and turned in Translated Parchment to get "A sealed Box," and did turnin, general popped. Came back a few days later with another "A Sealed box" and no general popped.

Same turnin steps everytime.
