10:38 pace now. Getting through legs + runs without too much soreness. Working upper in.

Did another booty day today. I think I am going to stick with this program but pick the next level up.
Im having to restrain myself. I overtrained last week and felt it a bit. Really easy to do with me not getting proper rest and food. I wish i had a proper workout room to.

decided to start doing prepared meals, at least for dinner. weight loss gains hopefully. first up was Jamaican curry chicken breast, white rice, and madras lentils. I have no idea how much I should be portioning for, so I made what I would normally eat, just 7 times over. came out super tasty, could easily be a staple meal if I don't get tired of it

Nice. I am probably going to start shakes and break the 36hrs fasts since my physical activity is way up.
I still want to juice on some days. Keep my metabolism going with serious mineral fuel. No longer getting headaches at all lately so I am doing something right.

But a lot of times I call it "Overtraining" if I didn't recover enough before trying to exercise again -- thereby getting diminished results. I think others tend to use it this way too.
