Should be able to ya.

You may need to do a bit of bow kiting occasionally, but 55+ should be safe enough, if not quite EZPZ.

The ice comet was the one to be careful of.

Yea easier with fungi of course but I have done it at 60 with epics might be a little down time in between a run or foragers but the names are cake. Some bow kiting, root rot a little may be in order at 57 but def doable.
