Have someone join your group. If solo the pet will steal 50% of the exp. so might as well share that exp with another (similarly leveled) char. One of you can control the pet and the other pulls. OT is the preferred spot as far as I’m concerned. Plenty of mobs of increasing levels.

I just purchased one of these and would love to hear from people with experience using one

Inwas considering using it in sola for the zem but I'd like to get level 35 or 40 out of this thing if possible

its been a while since ive hunted in SolA, but doesnt pet pathing suck? Id hate to get my 20-30k tooth pet stuck in a wall somewhere or have him fall down into the lava.
