NPC Spawn Issue: Halfing merchants only do negative faction hits

if you are able please take a looks at the misty thicket merchants, north of the zone to rivervale.
i mention as a path to fix coalition of free port merchants underground faction, yet i am only able to get the negatives and no positives.

if i remember correctly not all faction hits are being represented.

i will list some references to note the lack of factions hits.

this is in effort to fix coalition of freeport merchants underground without wolf form, as it stands this is required for any that sre kos to underground members.

Wiki isn't always reliable. My understanding was that merchants never give a positive faction hit for killing, only negative ones.

Seems to be backed up in sources:

killing merchants in game results in the dissapearance of the vendor's corpse and no exp just a faction cut. Any merchant in the game is worthless to kill.

i believe what you linked is in reference to it not working as intended, as in no exp and only neg factions hits.
