Miscellaneous: Loading screen is wrong

Green loading screen is presently the Velious one. It should be:

Ever since they put in the custom "Welcome to blue 99" text. I don't see loading screens at all. It's just the screen prior to the load screen (be it previous zone, server list, etc)
