Running EQ under wine - how to update spell files?
A few months back I followed the directions here:
http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=56238 which got the game working on my MacBook Air. Since there has been a patch or two since then, I really have no idea how to get things working again :/ Someone must know! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Like I get that I need to put the new patch files in the EQ folder, but I don't even know how to look around in that folder. Not the most tech savvy person lol.

Cool, that was easy enough. Thanks! Do you know where I can download the files I need to overwrite whatever I have in there now? On my pc I just run that patcher thing that does it for me.
EDIT: Found it in the patch notes; I can play now!
