Default Sun/Moon Flickering

I'm not sure this happened at the time of the v39 patch, but very recently I have seen the Sun and Full Moon start to flicker in the sky as they rise to their peak. As the respective orb rise, neither of them flicker; however, around "11am" (sun rising in sky) until it begins to set (around "3pm") they both do. This happens in all zones I've been to since I noticed it happening.
Freeport, Ro, Commons, Oasis.
I didn't see anything in the forums yet. I have been experiencing it for a little while, so I may have missed someone else's post on the issue.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I always had this issue with the Titanium sky. I redid the sky to look a bit more like classic did, and I was able to fix the time/resize issue with the satellites. Try this out. Drag the new resources folder into your directory.
Merge folder and overwrite the files when it asks.

Keep a backup resources folder if you wish to undo.

That did it! Thanks so much! The moon looks so cool now.
Side note: your Kelethin composition is beautiful. Thanks for sharing it. That is one of my favorite cities in Norrath.
