No longer have access to Forum email or Emu Email

I no longer have access to the email I used for this forum and the emu forum. However, I know my usernames for them. I also still have my log in details for the game as well as passwords- but I want to have access to the forums on those forum accounts i have already established.

Since I cannot remember my passwords for the forum here and the emu forum, and I cannot reset them since I no longer have access to that email, how do I go about resetting my password for both of these forums so that I can update my email addresses?
