This is my favourite dish nowadays, it's called "paella". Currently I am renting villa in Catalonia https://tranio.com/rent/spain/adt/1588249/ and eat this dish in local restaurants almost every day. What I like about it is that it is always different because they put different ingredients. One day it is with fish, another with meat or even vegetarian.
