Just create and bonechip a lv 5 toon and run them to cs on the same account. I heard ec works too, but i just did this to make sure. Log onto that character before you log onto your hybrid. It's really annoying but it fixes it.

Made a level 1 warrior and ran to EC.
My paladin now has full 250 defense skill! Went from 1060ac to 1121; nice jump

Yeah since I ran a level 1 warrior to EC at FP zone line I have had 252 defense every time time if I log into the warrior first.
Neat trick.
