Red Skill Caps on Paladin
After I leveled to 50 on a my Paladin, 52 currently, several skills caps increased but it seems Defense is locked at 206 and is displayed in red text. Weapon skills also seem to be stuck at 206 like 1HS, 2 HB, but not displayed in red text. As a Paladin we all know Paladins need any boost they can get. Anyone have any info on this matter I would love to hear from you.

Oh I believe the red numbers are real, but has it been parsed? It just seems like a client display bug.
People in that thread say they're still getting skillups. So the server has the right numbers, and the server does all the combat rolls. What the client displays is candy and irrelevant. | ||

Anecdotally, my ranger seems to take more of a beating from froglok foragers, and take longer to kill them when this bug is in effect (for Rangers their dodge and parry drop by like 80 and their offence/weapon skills take a hit too... Fortunately Rangers cap their defence at like level 39, so at least that doesn't get any worse!).
But you know what anecdotes can be like! If only I had the time to investigate this properly, and maybe have a healer on hand to let me take a beating for a wider duration of time. | ||
