Default No Pet Window... Effecting Your Charm Fighting?

I have a Druid and I would charm fight the Bears in Permafrost but I haven't attempted it yet since the pet window was removed. I know a lot of classes charm mobs to use for charm fighting so out of curiosity, are you finding it the same, easier or harder to charm fight without the pet window?

I understand the commands are simple to set up but I think it would be harder since you have to keep checking your pets health to know when to break charm.

You can always hit F1 twice to target your pet. It will be tougher to know when your charm breaks.

step 1: make /pet health macro
step 2: push the macro when you want to know your pets health.

optional: add /pet health to other macros you are already pushing.

Alternate: Push f1 twice to target pet. Look at health bar.

Yeah charm break was the only issue I ran into when charming on my druid in chardok yesterday.. Not having the window to disappear from my screen made me forget i even had a pet once charm broke! Had a few close calls haha.

Just have to get used to it! Once it becomes muscle memory it'll all become normal again boys [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'll just put this on my extra hotbar slot.

I mean honestly I'm more mad about the hotbars than the pet window. I already used hotkeys for all the pet commands and only clicked the buttons when I was casting a spell. I can see them wanting to remove that functionality.

But in addition to this pet window crap they went and removed our ability to use our keyboard to do everything that we could already do before. What sort of depraved man would prefer to click his macros instead of pressing hotkeys?

I keep seeing social tab as second Hotbar recommendation. The reason I always just dragged these to a Hotbar is they are so small. Is there a good usable UI that has larger buttons? They are so dang small on the default ui it’s even hard to read them. Any way to increase social macro button sizes within default ui?

Reroll warrior.

make 10 hot keys that are all

The Button
/do ability taunt
/do ability kick
/do ability disarm
/attack on
/shout assist me on %t

prolly fill the social page with it too just in case you want to mouse click a bit too.

Obviously in 50s replace disarm with defensive or evasive.
