NPC Spawn Issue: erudite traveler, Royal Guard Sheltuin, Eichvul

I wasn't sure what heading to post this under, so if it is the incorrect one or lacks appropriate information, my apologies.

The three title creatures should not be spawning in our current era. They are all involved in the "Cold Iron" Quest which should debut with the release of The Warrens. This quest actually can not even be attempted currently, as one of the intermediate items for it comes from The Warrens.

Eureka! Yes there is a new spawn in Everfrost related to this quest! A Dark Elf by the name of Eichvul is now located in the tower just North of the Permafrost entrance. He says nothing when you hail him. He cons high blue to a 29th level warrior. He is a caster I believe cleric.

There is a veritable flood of posts regarding this quest, all starting at March 14th, 2001 (the release of The Warrens).

The "Cold Iron" quest results in the "Leggings of Riddosan" which seems to be a set that also has the Helm of Ridossan (earliest post March 20, 2001) and the Tunic of Ridossan (earliest post Aug 03 2001). The helm drops in The Warrens, and the Tunic quest also involves entering the Warrens. There is even a quest called Ridossan's Spirit that begins in Stonebrunt. Careful of using Alla's as a resource for this, as they alternate in places between "Ridossan" and "Riddosan".

The wiki even points out Eichvul being post-Velious content, but he is surely in game now.

Please return the pristine mountains of Everfrost to their full glory by removing the Tier`Dal scum, as well as his assosiates in other zones.
