Please, for the love of God, allow us to turn off Dynamic Lighting

This significantly reduces frame rates. For me, I can't play the game around groups of people. Please, please fix this!

This is what all of us see at velks zonein. It's not an issue that a reinstall can fix.

P99 is just unplayable for me right now.

Haven't played P99 in month because of forced dynlights and probably just going to quit alltogether soonish (yes I know nobody cares and no you can't have my stuff).

Turn off dynamic lighting. Log to Green. Log back to blue.

This worked temporarily for me, but it isn't permanent and I feel it is sporadic. I'll do this method and it might work, the next day or two later, I'll try again and it almost like it resets. It isn't consistent at all.
