The Mystic Cloak.
The item says its insta-cast both on Alla and in game. However it most certainly has a cast time. I attempted to use a charge on my character to prevent a death as I had been snared and to both my surprise and demise it has the same cast time as the spell Steelskin itself.
Obviously this is not a mega-huge deal. It only has 10 charges, however it most certainly could prevent ones untimely demise in certain situations. Could the cast time actually become instant or could the item be changed so it properly displays the cast time of 4.5 seconds or whatever it currently is?
