WTB New to p199. WTB anything I could afford

Just started p1999 and going through the pains of good ol EQ solo grinding as an ogre warrior. Hoping for any affordable purchases I could make to help make the grind easier, instead of wasting all my early plat on armor and weapons bought from vendors.
