Bad Spell Files

Hey everyone! New here and just trying to get things rolling. I think i have done everything right as far as setup goes but i am stuck at the Character creation screen. Where my characters names would be it says "Your Spell File is Outdated." As far as I know I have used all the latest files there are to update the game file. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope this isn't a question that has been answered a million times and i just missed the answer.

Here's the getting started guide - make sure you're applied the v55 files (from the top of the homepage) to your installation, and that your installation isn't in program files:
