Guys Anyone recommend to me any good uis for a necro? I want to try them all ... been playing so long on green I forgot I could do that in blue haha

blue had them for a decade before they tried to remove them and players rioted, green has never had them and should never have them.
Green is merging with blue so probably why

What are the top UIs that everyone uses? I haven't installed a custom UI in a few years.

Duxa is quite popular and you can enable it in game just using the drop down in your options window, don't even need to restart the client.

this is cool but like... now hotbar set 2 doesn't save any macros if i zone. any setting i can fix in windows for this? or is there nothing i can do?
