Server needs global OOC at this point.

P99 had it when the server first launched and population was shit. Why can't we have it here?

You can use /lfg to put a LFG tag next to your name, which allows people to do /who all LFG, if they're looking for more members of their group. So it's still kind of helpful.

Why not try global /ooc for a week or two. If doesn't work, then we turn it off...

If we had a server with 500+ people, we might not need global ooc being that you'd likely have people around you to group with. This is not the case. Right now its stagnating and declining because people log in and unless they are a solo class, stuck alone unable to xp or contact others.

Now global ooc is necessary. You can turn it off or ignore people if necessary, but for those looking for groups its invaluable.
