I accidentally skipped EQEmulator linking, how do I link my existing account?

I accidentally skipped the EQEmulator linking and now it won’t let me go back but is asking to make a username and password, I already have a character on here so I want to be able to access it. I am re setting up p99 after not playing for years.

When I go to your link and login it automatically places me at step4 to create a new emulator login, I can’t go back to 2. I just won’t finish it and hopefully I can remember my username and password for it.
