It's autumn equinox tonight, winter making nighttime gains.

Agitated knee means I've missed a few weeks of cycling. Trying to ramp up the swimming to offset that, but it's not so easy to swim twice a day as it is to cycle... Unles I start commuting up the River Trent / Notts Beeston Canal by breaststroke!

even my cats are disgusted, they go on the patio , feel the heat and just come back inside and say fuck it, need to sleep another month

Heavy gains yesterday, was so hot again even at night and I ran my ass off until I was soaked, then I rode as hard as I could for a full hour, came home and lifted weights

was too tired to even make a protein shake after a shower when I got home, early bed early up, pot of coffee oatmeal and protein shake and heavy financial gains this weekend and morn
