Add some sweet potato, brown rice, and if you can stand it (I can’t), quinoa into your meals. Maybe eat a cup of oatmeal in addition to your normal breakfast

Yup those are all normal carb intakes for me.. But i just burn it off.. Not caloric enough.. I turn to pasta as my only option haha.

It took me a while to find it but this post is a good motivator for bulking up. Try not to focus on the types of foods he talks about eating and just the amount of food.
