Not sure about the necro line, but mages burnout line is definetly worth casting every 15 min, since its a huge dps boost. Even with a ds'ed fire pet, burnout shortens fight quite a bit. most of the necroes i've grouped with do keep their pet hasted when soloing/duo'ing

Not hasting your pet is a huge dps loss. That is all. Yes, its annoying at low levels, but its still pretty important.

if you're dps is coming from tapping, and you're pumping the cleric instead of pacting the tank.. umm.. you're doing it way, way wrong.
