PvP Champs input on PvP Rules

hail and well met fellow adventurers

So word on the block is there is a pvp server that'll be fun so the pvp champ will make some suggestions from his pvp experience and expertise on how to make it A++++

PENALTYS FOR PVP

1. Exp Loss on Death
2. Coin Loot

imo item loot is excessive and if it takes 3 years to reach level 50 exp loss on death is more than enough penalty for dying

RULES

1. Training is allowed- THIS helps us little guilds fight the big guilds ala osama bin laden fighting america or BIG ARNOLD the terminator schazananager takin on entire islands in commandos. TRAINING IS PATRIOTISM. You might die a million times and lose a level of experience but you are fightin to defend freedom.
   
2. Bind Camping is not allowed (unless other person is bind rushing)- pvp champ has grown wise with his many victories and sees this hurtin the server, bind camping is similar to raping the mayan people into submission and turning the whole continent blue
   
3. No rules on bind rushing/loot and scoot - this shit enforces itself naw mean

Training does allow the little dog to fight the big dog. Dunno why people want to remove the best part about EQ PvP.

or if a level 20 is slayin your little level 12 while you tryin to kill some runnyeye goblins.
toe to toe you aint got much of a chance, thus you engage in napoleonic warfare and engage the use of the prussian goblin empire to fight your battle with the fucking russian cossacks and save the day
