No cuz the donation limit exists to thwart corruption. They can't coordinate or cooperate so the politics talking guy has no formal access to the treasure teat.

And as you know, when you intend to bribe a politician, you do it with a registered bank account, into the PAC account directly. that's how bribery works, you make sure there's a solid paper trail so that it's all above board
