I agree. The term "Royals group" wasn't even a thing in classic. People leveled where the gear was for the most part. Now people level where the exp is.

HHK ZEM isn't classic. I remember it going in after several expansions because SOE wanted people who were picking up EQ and didn't have all the expansions to be able to group with somebody, thus HHK getting a bump.

Yeah there was a server broadcast that said there was an issue with the merge and to get to a safe place immediately. About a minute later it went down.
