Game Mechanics: Pouch of Quellious/Shuriken of Quellios

When using Grand Master's Wrist Wraps to Summon a Pouch of Quellious, if I delete the pouch and try using one of the shurikens the graphic is incorrect (looks like I am throwing a small bag) and also the range of the throwing item is incorrect (about 50 or 60 yards).

When I keep the Pouch of Quellious in my inventory after summoning, then the graphic and range is correct.

This is still happening. Making me a sad panda that can't throw shurikens as far as I should be able to.

Update. Now I can't get it to work reliably at all. Seems to be the "bag throw" 99% of the time.

step 1: post-50, turn a magician from an aircraft carrior of flying hurricane bbq dmg into a trinket dispensor of fireworks, alcohol and shurikens
step 2: give monks the ability to bypass even the slightly useful portion of step 1
step 3...nerf the whole damn thing
