Soulbound keys

I noticed today Kunark dungeon keys are still not Soulbound. Can anyone else confirm that soulbound keys should be a thing right around now?

HS should have always been soulbound. old seb im not sure when they plan to do the patch on p99 but it does seem like in the original timeline we should be pretty close to soulbound seb too. I guess we are just waiting for a patch to drop.

July 19th, 2000 -- The key for Charasis (Howling Stones) is now NODROP per the patch message from a couple of weeks ago. Furthermore, when your character dies, keys for Charasis, Sebilis, and Veeshan's Peak, will no longer remain with your corpse, but will instead return with your character to its bind point. We made this change to reduce the difficulty and corpse-loss potential of these zones, and eliminate the need to do the key quests multiple times.

Should be active once P99 flips to July era. Since not last Friday - maybe this friday.

Are there any other indicators in the wild to help determine if we are in July era?
