Reposting since you may not see my edit.

The screenshots you are showing are for the API files, so it looks like a case of the wrong files. you want to use this link/file

oof. not too sure then. remove the .conf file from your EQ directory and try it with just the DLLs.

i moved my EQ directory to c:\users\user\documents which would be another difference from your setup perhaps.

Not too sure how to troubleshoot as i just dropped in the dlls/config file and was good to go

drop the DLLs from \dgVoodoo2_77\MS\x86 into your everquest directory.

Run Downloads\dgVoodoo2_77\dgVoodooCpl.exe, click direct x tab, uncheck the watermark option under "miscellaneous", then click apply, this saves it to the config file (Downloads\dgVoodoo2_77\dgVoodoo.conf)

Drop dgVoodoo.conf into your everquest directory
.

Will look for a config file later. I don't have one.

And thank you very much for helping me out with this. I have to do something for 2 hours or so and will be out of the house .

Was told not to use compatibility settings in another thread, but I'll give that a try.

I put the 4 dll files and the cpl in the eq directory, then added the config file. I can get to the server select scree, select Blue, then get a memory error.
