The first line of their game description

"Ashes of Creation is a unique take on the MMO experience."

Wow, that sounds really different from every other one out there, sign me up!

Sounds like a 2000-era badly thought out EQ guild name.

Game is dead.

Ashes of Creation has promise. The placeholder graphic and textures are pretty shit at the moment. But the node system seems promising. I'm a backer and in Alpha 1 coming up in October.

I haven't got sold into the pre alpha yet myself, but considering how fast this game is coming together and what they're already offering.

Pre Alpha lookin juicy [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I like the direction Steven Sharif is going, both with his ideas and his personal life. First of all, his MMO player housing ideas are exactly how I would do it. The Node system is amazing and means every server will look different (check youtube for the videos on the node systems)

Personally, Steven is a self made millionaire gay man who is also a closet Trump supporter. No homo, but he's my dude.
