Classic Servers for All Other Games

I was playing on www.uosecondage.com in hte past month. Nice server. Got my magery up to 80 in a month with 50 meditation (from about 30 when I started). So unless you macro (I only macroed carpentry and bowcrafting to make shields and bows), it'll take a while to raise your skills.

The uthgard DAOC server sounds fun, no boxing allowed, classic zones, lots of german players.

Im downloading the free DAOC client and might give it a try, as well as playing on PEQ with a friend who can power level me like crazy.

Anyone try the uthgard server? Looks like its hosted in germany and my average latency is around the 200 mark. I couldn't tolerate playing FFXI with the lag from servers hosted in japan.. although the gameplay was inherently slow to begin with

I quit Uthgard to play on 1999.

I have a 50 thuergist and various other random alts.

It was fun at the lower levels but endgame RvR is a joke.

I would suggest never leveling past 49 and just staying in Thid, that is where the fun RvR takes place.

Once you hit the RR cap in Thid, and you are forced out....just reroll

Not enough population to support full scale RvR, so you can run around for quite some time without ever seeing anyone, while in the battlegrounds, you are contained in a much smaller area
