I am actually trying to do this one for Tuluven. I'm nearly there, but some of the languages just don't want to raise. It will say my "understanding of X language has improved" or something like that, but the value will not raise in the skills tab. The wiki says to zone after skill ups, but it also makes it sound like that's only necessary when both the language learner and the teacher are at skill level 1.

Anyone have tips for this?

Zanderr completed that challenge already afaik. He maxxed every skills he could. Ask him, he may have the answer.

If you've ever been in a CH then you would know that CH chaining while doing literally anything else is easy
