Fletching merchants in NFP

Head out to East Commons. There's a fletching merchant in the inn between the orc camps (Joryd Longarms, LOC: 980, 3750). I know, it's not as handy as the merchants right there by the bank, but it's classic and it isn't as bad as having to run to Rivervale just to make some arrows.
