What's your chanter spell line up and hotkeys/buttons

I'm curious what layouts you all use. Mine is kind of wonky but I guess I've just grown used to it. My average Spell line up
1 - Root
2 - nuke/dot
3 - AE stun
4 - single mes
5 - charm
6 - switch out spell
7 - tash
8 - slow or another switch out spot.

For my hot buttons. I use e, s, d, f as my directional keys to give me more hotkey options surrounding my fingers.

Tab - target nearest npc
Q - nuke/dot
w - duck
g - AE stun
v - tash
x- cycle nearest npc
c - con
z - root
a - auto attack (don't know why, just always had from playing a melee)
3 - slow
4 - instant click (JBOOTS or surveyor scope)
5 - mes
6 - goblin g ring/target self

1 - Theft of Thoughts
2 - Charm
3 - Tash / Slow / Nuke
4 - AoE stun
5 - Bedlam / switch out spot (C2, self hp buff, Pacify line, ...)
6 - AoE Mez
7 - Fetter
8 - Single Mez

Spell Line up:
1 - Rune
2 - Highest level Color skew
3 - Next highest color skew
4- Nuke/Swap out slot
5- Tash
6 - Mez
7 - Charm
8 - Root

Hotkeys:
1- Tash
2- Mez
3- Charm
4- Root
5- /g macro
6- Assist macro, move this to #1 and all other hotkeys down 1 when grouping
7- Gazughi ring
8- Auto sense heading
9- Jboots
10 -Rod o' Glamour

Keeps all my spells available with a press of 1-4/alt+1-4. I could probably just use another hotkey bar for grouping/soloing but meh.

Wouldn't you want a spammable spell in slot 1? Maybe level 4 mez, or perhaps a root. Certainly Theft of Thought is a waste of that special spell gem number one. I guess putting Rune there would be good for killing Venril Sathir or doing a chain-rune, but the rest of the time, there might be a better spell to go there.

My usual is root, mez, ae mez, stun, stun, charm (for now, but it will be ToT once I'm 51 and I'm in a zone with casters), two swappable slots for gems 1-8. Seems safest to me, having much control always ready... even though it is a pain to swap spells so much... especially if you're getting adds so one of the slots needs to be tash basically all the time. When leveling there's some wiggle room to keep a nuke ready imo, usually instead of ae mez depending on the kind of pulls you are getting.

A root or a single-target mez is basically a must for slot 1 since that slot gives bonus refresh with a clicky and those are spells you'll often need to cast repeatedly in succession.

I use WSAD for movement. I remapped the surrounding keys to my frequently-used actions, so Q is my insta-clicky, E is assist, R toggles auto-run, T cycles targets, Y toggles sit/stand, G is pet guard, V is pet attack, X is duck, Z is spellbook, F targets nearest NPC, etc. That leaves my right hand free to use my Logitech gaming mouse, which has a few more hotkeys bound to its extra buttons.

I'm almost always charming and pulling, so my spell line-up looks like:
1 - pacify
2 - PBAE stun
3 - tash
4 - level 4 mez or a root
5 - slow (usually the level 24 50% slow, Tepid Deeds)
6 - long-duration mez (usually Dazzle or Entrance; GoK if fighting high-level mobs)
7 - charm (usually Allure)
8 - ToT or AE mem blur

Sometimes I'll load up a targeted AE mez or a second PBAE stun.

I'm on a new enchanter now, yeah.

I'm not sure what my loadout would be on red. It'd probably vary greatly depending on what I was doing... but I assume it'd be something along the lines of fetter, rapture, tash, dispel, dispel, ?, ?, gate .... lol?

1 - mesmerize (quick global rapid fire)
2 - color slant
3 - Soothe / slow / rune (use it as my interchangeable icon depending on the situation)
4 - tash (rarely take it off my bar, if ever)
5 - fetter (never leaves bar)
6 - theft of thought (never leaves bar)
7 - charm (sometimes drop it if I'm doing something that doesnt require pets)
8 - gate (never leaves bar)

PvP server has different priorities, though. That's a purely PvE setup, like for smashing through Seb.
