Starting cities for classes/races

Hi all, Are the starting cities for P99 the same as TLP servers? I can't remember if they made changes to them when they brought out Kunark and Velious.

I don’t think starting cities were messed with until the froglok playable race took over Grobb. P99 is accurate to the time kind but not sure where the TLP is in the process. You can click on the cities in the wiki though to make sure.
